I've been using Bento over the last couple week in an attempt to reeducate myself with it before I write up a review on it. I'm pretty impressed with it. BUT! Coming from FMP is a bit difficult for me. I keep telling myself Bento is Consumer.

That is very interesting to me and I'll be looking forward to your review. From the little I have heard and seen, I think you're right about reminding yourself that it's a consumer app. That being said, I have had to learn to switch gears over the years going from using all pro apps to sticking to mostly consumer apps so that I could keep myself on the same level as the type of clients I now service. When I worked in printing and advertising, I lived in a bubble using only the pro apps. Had I stayed in that arena, I'd probably be a Quicksilver master by now, but I purposely keep myself from doing too much of that so I can relate to my clients better. So, I'll be interested in seeing how Bento feels to you compared with your experience with FileMaker Pro. (I'd be in the same boat.)
So far I haven't yet had any clients that have expressed the need for it, but I feel it's always good to be prepared to offer advice on an app that might fit a request for something down the line. That and, well, I get in moods to be super organized and want to see what type of project might be good for Bento. I was thinking about taking an inventory of all of my tech hardware and software for the purposes of documenting it for business as well as insurance. God-forbid something like a fire or theft should ever happen, it would come in handy for insurance. Friends of mine just had their house broken into and they lost several electronics as well as jewelry. Made me start thinking a lot more about inventorying that kind of stuff.
