Although, I'm not to sure how many people will remember what the fake ringtone sounds like.   I'd recommend keeping the usage to a minimum.  Also, you can assign ringtones to certain people, so, theoretically the mandolin ringtone could be assigned to say... you're mom. So after awhile, everybody in the world will recognize that ring tone (a mandolin strum) as the "fake call" ring.  How stupid is that?
